ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS:   Three pups are considered a litter. If there are only one or two pups, that survive to the age of 8 weeks, a repeat breeding, with the same stud dog, is offered, at 50% of the original stud fee.

CONDITIONS OF SERVICE (and a part of this contract)

No fee refunded in whole of in part.

A  guarantee  of  actual mating (and "tie") only is made and not of pregnancy or of puppies living or dead.

If  the bitch fails to be in whelp (pregnancy), the owner must give notice  to me note later than fifty days after date of mating.  A RETURN SERVICE  will be given to the same stud without charge, at the next heat (and  only  the  next  heat).    Owner  of bitch to pay all expenses and shipping charges both ways.  Unless such notice is given, the right to a return service is forfeited.

If  my  stud  dies, is sold, or otherwise not available, I have the right  to  mate  the bitch with one of my other studs, my choice, unless both parties agree mutually on another choice.

If the bitch changes ownership, right of full return services is at my option.

In  order to assure myself of the pregnancy condition of the bitch, the right to see and examine her is granted.

If  a  puppy  is to be received instead of cash fee, I will make my choice  of  litter  -  at  the  age of 8 weeks..

If  all puppies are born dead, or none survive to age of 8 weeks, I have  the postponed right to choice of puppy thru mating at next heat to my  stud,  but  a repeat services at my option.  NO cash compensation is due  me.    If  same condition occurs at second whelping, obligations of both  parties  are  terminated.   These rights (choice of puppy) are not affected by change of ownership of the bitch.

It  is specifically agreed hereby that the owner of the stud is not obligated  to sign application for registration of this litter until and unless  the stud fee has been paid in full (or in case of puppy fee, the stud fee has gotten possession of puppy or puppies as agreed.)

IMPORTANT  -  Any  ADDITIONAL  or SPECIAL AGREEMENTS, conditions or provisions  are  noted on this certificate, under "Additional Conditions".
